Thank you for checking me out! Here's a little bit more information about my personal training services.
-I offer 30, 45 or 60 minute training options
-My training is affordable, with no contracts, and I offer flexible payment options
-I provide all of my clients with a 30 page health guide with personalized macronutrients, basic health knowledge, workouts for outside of sessions, and recipe ideas
-I will track your body measurements and help you set realistic goals

My goal is to help you create healthy habits and give you the tools to be healthy for the rest of your life rather then just the next few months. I want to create a plan for you that is safe and sustainable to avoid causing any deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and/or injuries. All of my plans are personalized, with no cookie cutter/template plans! I am extremely professional, but also aim to create a comfortable, fun, and casual environment. I have worked with a great range of clients with a variety of injuries (back, knees, arthritis, shoulders, etc.), ages, genders, and goals (weight loss, muscle build, activity while pregnant, mobility/stability/flexibility, etc.).
